Seafood lovers, please congregate at Charcoal on Fridays because that’s Seafood Night then. That’s when a wide array of the freshest marine bounty is laid out for the picking.
Come Saturday evenings, the air will be filled with the tantalising smells of grilling meats and seafood – yes, it’s BBQ Night! The chargrill stoves will be all busy with prime beef and lamb cuts and seafood sizzling on them. A whole lamb roasting on the pit takes centre stage in the kitchen too.
Besides the special thematic dishes, the usual spread of local and international delights of appetizers, mains and desserts are still available to tempt your palates.
Charcoal, which had won 5 awards in MIGF 2014, is set amidst serene and lush surroundings at The Saujana Hotel.
