Themed “Season of Splendour”, the hotel’s culinary crew has whipped up an extensive selection of festive delights to be cherished together with loved ones. We recently savoured seasonal specials at Paya Serai, the all-day dining restaurant at Hilton Petaling Jaya. Paya Serai’s buffets have always been delightfully lavish, whatever the occasion and this was no exception.
Among the seasonal specials we tried included Roasted Creamy Pumpkin Soup, Ribeye Wellington, Roasted Prime Rib, Turkey, Leg of Lamb, Baked Seafood Fricassée, Salmon Gravlax, Mini Beef and Mushroom Pot Pies.
In addition to the festive highlights, included in the buffet spread are the live cooking stations serving pasta, authentic laksa, grilled meats including their famous satay, bountiful seafood on ice, local dishes, Japanese fares and more.
The desserts counters held indulgent festive sweets such as Ginger Bread Pudding, Yule Logs, Stollen, Christmas Cookies and so much more!
