The trendy modernistic Red Chinese Cuisine in Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre showcases its new Master Chef – Chef Kong’s creations. We have always loved stepping into Red Chinese Cuisine with its wow-factor of blending a traditional red décor with touches of contemporary innovation, setting it apart from most other Chinese restaurants. Its elegant red-themed dining space now welcomes an A La Carte menu which looks more exciting with some refreshing new items.
Start off with a Dim Sum Trio Platter which comprises a Crystal Dumpling, Scallop Cheese Ball and a Japanese Eel Dumpling. Springy succulent prawns, scallops and sweet Japanese eel – what is there not to like? The crusty Scallop Cheese Ball is totally delightful.
If you are a soup lover, go for their Double-boiled Black Chicken Soup with Dried Scallops & Fish Maw. Not only is this delicious, the long-hours double boiling has rendered it very nutritious and comforting.
Stir-fried Hokkaido Scallops & Asparagus in Black Truffle Sauce is good eaten on its own – for the pure enjoyment of sweet scallops paired with an aromatic truffle sauce.
If you are not a fan of heavy carbs, try the Cold Ramen with Aged Vinegar Dressing and Oven-baked Butter Garlic River Prawn. Curated with Chinese and Japanese nuances, this refreshingly light platter of silky noodles and fresh river prawn is a perfect choice to round off a meal.
It’s not often that you find Tiramisu in a Chinese restaurant and the version prepared by Red Chinese Cuisine is a bit different. Presented almost-deconstructed, it’s Tiramisu on a plate – do check it out if you are game for an unusual take on this popular Italian dessert!
