In less than a month, our Muslim friends will be observing fasting in the holy month of Ramadhan. Many hotels and restaurants are already gearing up to come up with delectable “Berbuka Puasa” offerings in celebration of the holy Muslim month.
Dates are a must for Berbuka Puasa
This year, Dorsett Grand Subang will be featuring 2 venues for Berbuka Puasa: Warisan Desa @ Terazza Brasserie and Anjung Selera @ Melati. A staggering 80+ varieties of delicacies from both local and international cuisines will be featured, with menus rotating every day!

Main courses will have favourites such as Nasi Briyani Gam, Rendang Ayam Kampung, Rusuk Kambing Vindaloo, Roast Beef with Mushroom Sauce, Chilli Crabs and many more. Our favourites are definitely the rending ayam and kambing vindaloo.

Together with songstress Haiza, the fabulous duo will serenade you with classic Malay hits. What’s more, if you are lucky, you may walk away with something from their lucky draw!
While we were there for a preview, Chef Jaafar Onn cooked his Sup Meletop for us – a soup bubbling hot and redolent with aromatic spices.
