Although it has only been just opened several months ago, Oriental Star Restaurant in EkoCheras Mall is bringing in droves of diners in the partially-tenanted mall. Besides the range of tasty Cantonese-style dishes offered in their menu, their Dim Sum selection has garnered lots of fans. This is evident by the always-busy scenario in this spacious restaurant during brunch/lunch hours.
We were there recently to check out the Dim Sum and had a hard time deciding what to order, scanning the Dim Sum Menu for many minutes. The dishes are categorized under Appetizers, Steamed Dim Sum, Cheong Fun Selection, Deep-fried/Pan-fried/Baked items, Porridge, Chef’s Specials, BBQ Selection, Noodles & Rice and Desserts.
