Kafe Bali in Puchong serves a menu of light café food Balinese-style. There’s an interesting selection of salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, cakes and coffee – just the perfect spot for a refreshing meal any time of the day.

The décor is similar to its sister outlets – Ole Ole Bali and Bumbu Bali – filled with typical wood-carved decorations, stone vases, hanging rattan basket lamps and weaved mats. We were there for brunch and ordered a salad and some open-faced sandwiches.

Our Roti Kambing Bakar and Telur Dadar Ciabatta were served with what the menu stated as “ciabatta” but the bread was way softer and not as rustic as ciabattas should be. Nevertheless, the fillings were tasty and filling, especially when served with a side of fried potatoes.

The Strip Ayam Salad serving was huge, with lots of freshly shredded cucumber, onions and lettuce holding generous portions of crispy fried chicken strips, fried tempe and topped with a boiled egg. A very hearty and healthy serving indeed.
