With the Chinese New Year just weeks away, have you planned your celebrations ahead? Food is on the main agenda, as with most festivities in Malaysia and I know of people who book their Chinese New Year meals months in advance.
To usher in the Year of the Dog, at Dynasty Restaurant, Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin and his team have come up with several festive menus featuring fine Cantonese dishes. Besides the set menus, there are also festive Dim Sum selections, “Poon Choi” (Treasure Pots) and of course,Yee Sang to ensure the Year of the Dog brings in much abundance.
There are 3 festive CNY Set Menus – the Happiness Set (RM1,788 nett), Fortune Set (RM2,188 nett) and Longevity Set (RM3,388 nett) per table of 10 persons. Sets for smaller groups of diners are also available, for example the 6-course and 7-course Double Delight menus for 2 pax at RM378 nett and RM578 nett respectively.
Something to look forward to in every Chinese New Year meal is the Yee Sang. Besides being included in the set menus, they can be ordered as a la carte items. There are 3 Deluxe Yee Sang available – Salmon, Fruity Fiesta and Jellyfish, ranging from RM118 nett (half portion) to RM368 nett (full portion).
