They do know that the mystery boxes hold the freshest seafood from Japan but they wouldn’t know what kind of seafood until they open up the boxes! The treasures inside the boxes can be anything from the freshest shellfish like live scallops and Japanese fishes like kamasu, kinmedai or kurodai.
