The spanking new Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur in Chinatown is all set to usher in the Year of the Rat. Opened just a few months ago right in the middle of Chinatown, this is the 3rd Four Points by Sheraton to open in Malaysia. The hotel’s all-day dining, Quan’s Kitchen features traditional culinary specialities from Chinatown and Western favourites with an open kitchen that’s interesting to watch.
Head Chef Gerald Chong and his culinary team recently unveiled Quan’s Kitchen’s Lunar New Year menu which emphasised on traditional street fare. Yee Sang is a must-order to kick off a festive meal – we had the Triple Prosperity Yee Sang which featured strips of chicken bak kwa, chicken lap cheong and chicken crisps.
