The Year of the Fire Horse calls for a welcome that brims with confidence, momentum and optimism. Putrajaya Marriott Hotel aptly themed its signature Chinese New Year dining celebration as “Ride into Prosperity”, happening at the hotel’s renowned Chinese restaurant, Summer Palace (夏日宫).
Rooted in tradition and elevated with contemporary finesse, this year’s festive offerings are thoughtfully curated for meaningful reunions, corporate celebrations, and cosy gatherings.
Inspired by the forward-moving energy of the Horse, the Ride into Prosperity menu symbolizes progress, success and abundance. At Summer Palace, time-honored recipes are reimagined using premium ingredients and meticulous techniques.
The festive menu is curated by new Executive Chinese Chef Linus Mak, whose culinary philosophy blends authentic Cantonese flavors with refined presentation and modern flair. Diners can indulge in Prosperity Health Yee Sang, a variety of Chinese New Year Signature Dishes and Fortune Set Menus.
