The Dynasty Restaurant in Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel has recently been converted into a Pork-free eatery. While some chefs may find this a challenge, ie cooking Chinese food without pork may somewhat affect the flavours of the dishes, Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin has crafted a repertoire which proved to be just as good.
