In our recent stay at the Cameron Highlands Resort, one of the highlights was the Amical Dinner hosted by the Bailliage de Perak (Perak chapter) of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, one of eight baillages in Malaysia. Located 1,500m above sea level, the Cameron Highlands Resort sits elegantly on a lush green mountainscape. From afar, its signature black and white facade, made up of tall French windows with black frames stand out in the crisp fresh air and my excited anticipation goes one notch higher.
