The first time I met Chef Yenni Law was at the media launch of her book “Meatology” (read my write-up here). Of course Yenni was very busy during that event and we didn't have much time to chat. I sampled some of her dishes (from her cookbook) during the event and from what I tasted, I was pretty excited with Yenni’s creativity.
