I was pleasantly surprised to receive a package from Foodbuzz a couple of weeks ago. Upon opening it, this was what I found...One of the nice things about being a Foodbuzz "featured publisher" is that they send you lovely useful stuff. A Baking weekend…
I haven't been using my oven much lately... so last weekend, to give LL his first lesson on cake baking, we decided to whip up try out some easy recipes and baked some of these...... Grilled Garlic Salmon
I must say the Jusco Supermarket in 1 Utama sells pretty fresh fish. Their cuts of tenggiri, kurau, stingray, codfish and salmon are always very fresh. Price-wise, they are also very reasonable - in fact, sometime even cheaper than the wet markets!Last week I bought 2 huge pieces of cut salmon which were super fresh, for RM17.
